Paragliding depends on the wind, and travel plans change. That is why flexibility matters as much as price when you book a flight.
When you book directly with the pilot, changes are much easier. This is how we handle them.
The weather decides
A responsible pilot only flies in safe conditions. Wind that is too strong, gusts, rain or poor visibility are reason enough to postpone a flight.
That is why every paragliding booking needs a plan B. It is not poor organisation, it is part of flying safely.
How we handle it when you book directly
We check the forecast the day before. If it is not good, we let you know on WhatsApp and together we look for a new date that fits your trip.
If the flight is cancelled because of bad weather, we refund 100% or reschedule it, whichever you prefer.
If you change your plans
If you book on parapente.ma, you can change the date for free if your plans change. And you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the flight.
Just write to the pilot: no forms, no waiting.
Adjusting the flight time
Sometimes there is no need to change the day: it is enough to fly a few hours earlier or later to take advantage of better conditions. With direct contact, that is just one message.
Why it is different with a platform
With a platform, changes go through its system and deadlines, and the operator cannot always modify the booking directly.
When you book directly, you are talking to the person who decides.
Tip: leave some margin
If you can, book your flight for the first days of your stay in Marrakech. If it has to be postponed, you will still have days left to fly before you leave.
